About the project
The guiding concept for this project was to establish a "plug and play" architectural program that would allow each tenant renting the corporate space to customize their office regardless of their industry.
We selected materials with a timeless character, using a neutral color palette and balancing cold and warm materials such as concrete and wood.
A perimeter layout maximized natural light, while transparent façades allowed for openness and spatial flexibility.
